If you arrive before 2pm, please let us know for availability. We also ask that you always inform us of the estimated time of arrival so that we can prepare ourselves as best we can to receive it. Check-ins are held until 9:00 pm every day of the week. We can, however, carry out late check-in provided we have previously informed of the expected time of arrival and direct contact.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, the rooms should be free until 12 o'clock in the morning. If you plan to leave later you will have to question the reception that will inform them depending on availability, this service can incur costs.
Reservations:
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. (Number, Validity and Security Code).
Flexible Rate Bookings:
No prepayment required, payment is made during the stay. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the full amount of the stay in case of cancellation or no show, less than 7 days before the day of entry.
Reservations with Non-Refundable Rate:
At the time of your reservation and to effect it, the total amount of the stay will be charged. This is a non-refundable rate and can not be canceled or modified in case of no-show.

Any type of extra bed and / or crib is only available upon request and is subject to confirmation by the Avenida Boutique Hotel.
Breakfast:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and is served from 08:00 to 10:30 in the dining room; the continental breakfast served in the room will have a service charge of € 15.00.
The client should request breakfast in the room the day before, indicating the hours he wants to be served, at the latest until 10:30 am, explaining if he prefers a continental breakfast or some extras.
Room Service:
Daily from 08h00 to 15h00.
Laundry Service:
The client should leave his or her linen in the room, duly identified. The Avenida Boutique Hotel offers its guests an external laundry service with clothes collection in the morning and delivery the following day in the afternoon. The hotel is not responsible for changes in color or size of laundry delivered by the laundry.
Wake-up Service:
The client should advise the reception of the time to be agreed.
Noise:
For the sake of respect and understanding towards all customers, we ask for special attention to silence, our customers, mostly come to rest.
Damage:
Any damage done voluntarily in the hotel unit will be charged to you. The company, depending on their severity, will take the legal measures deemed necessary.
Safety:
